SHIPPING
We offer delivery to virtually any address in Pakistan. Orders placed and confirmed before 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery time and charges vary with the weight of shipment, method of shipment, and city of delivery.
We offer delivery through the following methods:
- Cash on delivery through our courier partner
- Bilty delivery
- Same day delivery in Lahore
Orders shipped through our courier partners are delivered to the address provided and can be paid for with cash on delivery. However, shipping time and delivery charges will be higher than the bilty method. Bilty delivery delivers the order to their address in your city, from which you can collect your order. Since the bilty companies do not offer cash on delivery service, you will have to pay 100% advance payment before we dispatch the order. Bilty delivery is significantly cheaper and much quicker than the delivery through our courier partner.
If any additional delivery charges apply for your city, they will be communicated to you before dispatching the order.
For same day delivery in Lahore kindly contact us before 5 PM with the location of the address and the delivery charges are flat 1,000 PKR. You can choose to pay with cash on delivery.
After the orders have been dispatched we will send the receipt or tracking id of the order.
We will not be liable or held responsible if there is any delay to your shipments if the delay arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
For bulky products (like hood, bumper, etc.) we recommend you get the product delivered right to your mechanic to avoid any hassle or inconvenience of moving the product.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to return a product, please fill the form at Contact Us or email us at support@mrparts.pk with your order number, details and reasons for return, and whether you would like to exchange the product or get a refund. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the product(s).
For a product to be eligible for an exchange or a refund it must meet one of the following criteria:
- The delivered product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The delivered product is incorrect or incomplete.
- The delivered product is no longer needed.
The conditions for an exchange or a refund are as follows:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and without any defects.
- The product must include any original tags, user manuals, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box or the product.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- If the product is damaged, you are responsible to raise the issue with us along with picture/video evidence of the damaged product within 6 hours of receiving the delivery.
- The authentication seal must not be tempered with or removed.
After we receive the product from the courier service, we will analyse the product condition and if it meets the criteria mentioned above, we will process the exchange or return of the product. If the product returned does not meet the any of the conditions mentioned above, we reserve the right to send the product(s) back to you and reject any appeals for an exchange or a refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if you are returning the product because it is no longer needed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 week of giving your package to the courier service, however, in many cases you will receive an exchange or a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier service and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
