Order Fulfilment Policy
Any order placed with us can either be picked up from our warehouse or can be delivered to you.
Pickup
Orders placed for pickup can only be picked up from our warehouse in Lahore. Pickup location and timing will be shared after the order is confirmed. Once confirmed, the item will be reserved for pickup for a period of 5 working days. If the order is not collected within this time, it will be cancelled.
No advance payment is required for pickup orders — you can choose to pay the full amount at the time of collection.
Delivery
Orders placed and confirmed before 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
Delivery time and charges vary with the weight, method and city of shipment; therefore, we cannot provide an exact delivery time or charges at the time of placing an order. Charges displayed at the checkout page aim to provide an estimate and are not final. Final charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation, and you may choose to cancel your order if you do noy wish to proceed.
Cash on delivery is available for orders that will be fulfilled via courier delivery. Orders placed for bilty will require complete advance payment.
We offer delivery through the following methods:
- Courier delivery
Orders shipped through our courier partners are delivered to the address provided and can be paid for with cash on delivery. Shipping charges vary with the volumetric size of the order and city of shipment and will be confirmed after we have assessed both. Shipping time varies from 1 to 7 working days. Exact shipping charges and time will be communicated after the order is confirmed. Additionally, 4% government COD tax will apply to all cash on delivery orders.
- Bilty delivery
Bilty delivery delivers the order to a specific address in your city, from which you can collect your order. Since the bilty companies do not offer cash on delivery service, you will have to pay 100% advance payment before we dispatch the order. Bilty delivery is significantly cheaper and much quicker than delivery through our courier partners.
- Same day delivery (Only in Lahore)
For same day delivery in Lahore kindly contact us before 6 PM with the location of your address. We would fulfil the order via local delivery partners and it would require complete payment of the order prior to dispatch.
Additional Notes:
- If shipping charges exceed PKR 3,000, we require a 50% advance on the shipping charges.
- We may ask for full or partial advance payment of shipping charges.
- Tracking id or the bilty receipt will be shared after dispatch.
- We will not be liable for delays to your shipments if the delay arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

RETURNS POLICY
A product is eligible for an exchange or a refund if:
- The delivered product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The delivered product is incorrect or incomplete.
- The delivered product is no longer needed.
The conditions for an exchange or a refund are as follows:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and without any defects.
- The product must include any original tags, user manuals, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box or the product.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- If the product is damaged, you are responsible to raise the issue with us along with picture/video evidence of the damaged product within 6 hours of receiving the delivery.
- The authentication seal must not be tempered with or removed.
If you need to return a product, contact us with your order number and reasons for return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the product.
After we receive the product from you, we will inspect it and if it meets the criteria mentioned above, we will process the exchange or return of the product within 2 working days. If the product returned does not meet the any of the conditions mentioned above, we reserve the right to send the product back to you and reject any appeals for an exchange or a refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect product). However, if you are returning the product because it is no longer needed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
